Delete your account

You can delete your Sideman account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Community tab.
2. Tap Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm.

By email

Email support@sidemanapp.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile and photo, posts, photos, videos, audio, comments, messages, likes, follows, events, notification settings and synced app data. Reports you filed about others may be kept to protect the community.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Sideman Pro subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings first (see Support).
